What is Newborn Photography?
A newborn is considered an infant under the age of 14 days. In these first 14 days your baby still has got the newborn curl, sleep constantly and does not mind too much when they are being posed in various ways. In order to capture those tender and adorable sleeping baby portraits.
Location: The location for the newborn session might also have you thinking about whether a studio photography session or a lifestyle shoot is the choice for you.
1. Studio sessions – Located in malaga city.
2. Lifestyle newborn sessions –These sessions take place in the family’s home or a hotel room, the room should be warm, bright and clear. A warm baby is a sleepy and happy baby! So the key of newborn photography is to keep the room warm. we usually move through Marbella, Estepona, Sotogrande, Mijas, Gibraltar and the rest of the Costa del Sol.
We spend long time preparing for a newborn session. Our preparation begins long before the session even starts. Our primary goal is to understand exactly what your are looking for, as well as get a feel for your personal style and taste.
Should we bring a special blanket?
We encourage you to bring a favorite baby blanket to use in the shoot. A beautiful blanket can add texture, color and memories to your newborn’s photos.
How can I prepare for the shoot?
We love to include mom and dad’s hands in our photos; your baby should be the focus of the photos we recommend remove all distracting jewelry.
How long is a newborn photo shoot?
Most newborn sessions are 3 hours in length. This is typical and time varies depending on each baby. Please set aside up to 4 hours for your newborn photography session as we allow time for feeding, nappy changes, etc.
You may also like to have some photographs taken with your newborn baby. Please advise me prior as the additional setting will be required. I do encourage you to go for the ‘skin to skin’ type of portraits as they can make for some of the most precious images of a child and a parent that you will treasure for a lifetime.
When models are twins responsibility, difficulty and the satisfaction of the photographer is double, so we are happy that newborn babies twins call our studio for his first new born photo session.
In the twins newborn photo shoot please do it as early as possible, since the dream of both can be seen more easily disturb and contagion is inevitable even though we put twice dedication, patience and passion in our fabulous job of photographing your treasures.
It is advisable to book your photo shoot as soon as possible, 2 month in advance, so please do not hesitate to contact us to book your tentative date.
